Combine cream cheese and 1/4 c. sugar, mixing until well blended. Blend in 1 egg. Melt margarine with chocolate over low heat, stirring until smooth.
Add remaining sugar, remaining eggs and vanilla to chocolate mixture, mixing until well blended. Add flour; mix well. Stir in nuts.
Reserve 1/2 c. chocolate batter; spread remaining batter into greased 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Pour cream cheese mixture over chocolate batter; top with reserved chocolate batter. Cut through batter with knife several times for marble effect. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes and cut into bars.
