     Tamale Pie

Ingredients
1 1/2 lb Ground Beef
2 cans Beef and Bean Chili
1 cup Chunky Salsa
1 can Whole Kernel Corn
1 can Sliced Potatoes
8 oz Four Cheese Mexican Cheese (or whatever you like. More or less to your taste)
2 pkgs Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
 

Instructions
Heat oven to 400 degees.
Cook the beef in a skillet until browned. Pour off any fat.
Add the chili, salsa, corn and potatoes to the beef and mix. Pour mixture into a deep, glass, oblong pan. Spread half the bag of cheese over the mixture. (More or less to your liking)
Prepare Corn Muffin Mix per instructions on box. Spoon carefully over top of beef mixture. Spread the rest of the cheese over the top of the corn muffin top. Bake for 35 minutes. Check to make sure the corn muffin mix has cooked through.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with extra salsa if wanted and a salad! Ole!!
