Ingredients
Boil Water
1 to 1/2 lb. shrimp - deveined
1 cup sliced onion
3-4 cloves garlic
3-4 patola or zuchini (slice)
two tablespoon vegetable oil or olive oil
3-4 pieces misua
Patis or liquid salted fish
Ground pepper
 
MSG (optional)

Instructions
Put oil in pan (medium heat) and then saute the garlic and onion, about 2-3 minutes then drop the zuchini - saute about 2 minutes then drop the shrimp - saute about 4-5 minutes. Add about 2-3 tablespoon Patis and some ground pepper to taste. Pour the boiling water (be careful, don't burn) and then add the misua, stir and then cover. Cook about 3-5 minutes, done.
