     Radiatore Pasta with Yellow Peppers

Ingredients
8 oz radiatore pasta
2 Tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1 large yellow bell pepper, seeded,sliced or diced
2 tsp minced garlic
1 cup low fat chicken broth
15 oz can chick peas
1.5 cups cherry tomatoes
 
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1/4 cup sliced fresh basil

Instructions
Cook pasta according to package instructions. Meanwhile, in a large skillet heat oil. Add onion and red-pepper flakes, cook about 1 minute.
Stir in bell pepper and garlic;cook until softened, about 2 minutes. Add broth,chickpeas,and tomatoes;simmer 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Drain pasta;stir into sauce. Garnish with basil. Delicious with crisp green salad.
