Equal Parts-
Celery
Onion
Bell Pepper
Maripaw
Butter
Shrimp Stock ( or water and chicken stock)
Crawfish Tails
 
Flour
Butter
Salt
Pepper

Instructions
Sautee the trinity in butter. Add the stock and crawfish. Add flour and butter to thicken. Add salt and pepper to taste.
