Melt butter in a large sautee pan and add garlic. Sautee until garlic is soft.

Meanwhile cook pasta. Fresh pasta only takes about 4 minutes. You can buy it in the deli section, fresh is best.
Cook to just under how you like it done. Do not drain.

Add whipping cream to garlic and butter. Let simmer for a minute or two. Not too high or will burn. Once low boil, add 1/2 cup of each cheese. Let simmer to thicken some.

Add pasta, use thongs to take pasta right from water to sauce. Let it all sautee together for a few minutes. If sauce thickens too much-add more cream
Thats it. It is the yummiest sauce I've ever had, but I add LOTS of garlic.
