blend rolled oats and milk, let stand for 5 minutes. Stir together dry ingredients. Add dry ingredients, eggs and melted butter to oats. Pour 1/4 cup of batter on hot, lightly-greased griddle. Fry until golden brown. Turn once.
I've also added blueberries to this and it's very good. Declan usually eats three of these at each sitting
