1/2 cup sour cream

1 egg,slightly beaten

1/2 cup swiss cheese,shredded

4 slices bacon,cooked and crumbled

Instructions |

Total time = 45 minutes. Preheat oven to 350f.Mix mashed potatoes,flour,salt and pepper.Spoon into a greased 9x9 baking dish.

Mix sour cream,chives and egg.Spread over potato mixture.Sprinkle with cheese and bacon.

|
Bake at 350c for 25-30 minutes or until set.

|
|
Cut into squares and serve.
