     Ham and Potato Bake - Ruby Tested

Ingredients
1 pkg hash brown
1 c fully cooked ham (I use a ham steak)
1 can condensed cheese soup
4 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/4 tsp spice of your choice
1 chopped green onion - optional
1/2 can of corn or other veggie - optional
 

Instructions
1. Grease rectangle dish 11x7x11/2 inch 2. Spread potatoes in dish and sprinkle with ham 3. Beat soup, eggs, milk and spice until blended and pour over potatoes 4. Cover and refrigerate for 4 - 24 hours
Oven Temp - 350 Bake for 50-60 min (light brown)
