     Slow Cooker Beef Stew

Ingredients
4 potatoes peeled and chopped
1 small turnip peeled and chopped
4 parsnips peeled and chopped
4 carrots peeled and chopped
1 lb stew beef dredged in flour
salt and pepper to taste
worstershire sauce to taste
2-3 bay leaves
4 cups beef stock
 
Instructions
Dredge beef in flour and brown in pan. Add all ingredients to the crock pot, stir well to mix. Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6-8 until done
