     Buttermilk Herb Dip

Ingredients
1 c. plain whole-milk yogurt
1 c. sour cream
1 c. freshlye grated parmesan cheese
1/3 c. buttermilk
1 c. thinly sliced chives
2 tbsp. chopped fresh dill
2 tbsp. chopped fresh thyme
1 small clove garlic, minced and mashed into a paste with a pinch of salt
1 tbsp. cider vinegar
 
1/4 tsp. hot sauce
1 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
1 1/2 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper

Instructions
Whisk all ingredients together in a large bowl and let it sit for at least 15 minutes and up to 12 hours before serving.
Serving Suggestions
Makes 3 cups - serve with veggies
