Roast red peppers in oven. After fully cooked place in large bowl
with cover and let stand 10 to 15 minutes. Peel Red pepper and
throw away skin and seeds but save the juice. Slice red peppers in
to bit size pieces and place in large bowl with its juice

Cook Tortellini.
In a saute pan, carefully brown Pine nuts turning often to prevent
burning. When browned place in bowl with red pepper.

In saute pan saute your garlic in your Olive oil. Add Olive oil to
preferred amount but make sure you have enough to coat all of
your pasta.

|
When tortellini is done add to the large bowl. Pour olive oil garlic
mixture over. Sprinkle oregano, salt and pepper to taste. Mix
and serve.
- To make a full meal add chicken
