     Haddock Chowder

Ingredients
1/2 lb. butter (I use 1/4 lb)
2 C. chopped onion
2 bay leaves
2 C. diced raw potatoes
2 C. bouillion (I use chicken broth)
salt and pepper to taste
2 lbs. haddock
2 C. milk
2 C. light cream (I use half and half)
 

Instructions
Lightly saute onions in butter, add bay leaves, potatoes, bouillion and seasonings. Cook until potatoes are soft, then add haddock. cover and cook for 10 minutes. Add milk and cream. Bring nearly to boil and serve.
