     Bran Muffins

Ingredients
1 15 oz box Raisin Bran
5 cups flour
3 cups sugar
5 tsp baking soda
2 tsp salt
1 qt. buttermilk
1 cup oil
4 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
 

Instructions
Combine dry ingredients in large mixing bowl.
Combine liquid ingredients in large mixing bowl.
Stir the dry ingredients into the liquid ingredients. Mix well. Store batter in refrigerator and use as needed. Batter will keep for two weeks.
Bake at 400 for 15 minutes.
