Anyway, I roll them out, cut them to my desired shape and bake at about 350 (180) for roughly 8-10 minutes. Watch them. It all depends on how thick you make them. I make mine thinner because I like them to be crunchy. The thinner you make them the crunchier they are, the quicker they cook. Sometime I use a square cookie cutter, a rocket ship cookier cutter, a heart cookie cutter (this month due to Valentines...), etc.. sometimes I let the kids choose a shape. I do grease my cookie sheets, lightly with no-stick spray. They really are simple.

We eat them plain, with pb, with cream cheese and jam, I use them for pie shells, or whatever.
