Thaw shrimp.
Combine Cajun seasoning, Italian seasoning, toss shrimp and paprika together. Combine seasoning mixture and
shrimp. Melt butter in a large skilet over meduim heat, and add garlic and saute,1 minute, add shrimp, 3/4 cup broth,worcestershire sauce, cook 5 minutes or just until the shrimp turns pink. Remove the shrimp with a slotted spoon. Reserve broth mixture in skillet.
Whisk together remaining 1/4 cup chicken broth and flour until blended. Wisk flour mixture into flour mixture in skillet,and cook 2 to 5 minutes or until thickened. Serve immediately over grits.
