1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into thin strips
1 T vegetable oil
1 can sliced water chestnets, drained
1/4 cup stir fry sauce
Instructions
Remove seasoning packets from noodles. Reserve one packet for another use.
Bring 4 cups water to boil in large saucepan. Add noodles, broccoli and carrots. Cook over medium high heat 5 minutes, stirring occasionally; drain.
Heat oil in wok or large nonstick skillot over medium high heat. Add chicken; stir fry about 8 minutes or until browned.
Stir in noodle mixture, water chestnuts, stir fry sauce and one seasoning packet, cook until heated through.
