     Spinach balls

Ingredients
2 packages frozen spinach
3 cups Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix
1 large onion
6 eggs
3/4 cup melted butter
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon chives
dash of salt and pepper
 

Instructions
Cook spinach following directions on box. Add rest of ingredients and mix well. Roll into small cocktail size balls. Bake at 325, for 15-20 minutes. May be frozen before cooking. Makes about 3 dozen balls.
