Lay peaches and juice in bottom of a 9 x 13 in. baking dish. Sprinkle dry cake mix on top of peaches. Dot with butter. Sprinkle pecans or other type of nuts on top.
Bake 350 degrees for 45 minutes until cobbler is golden. Serve warm with ice cream.
Can substitute spice cake mix for yellow cake mix.
