For marinade- In a medium skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, cook and stir until onion is tender. Transfer to medium bowl, cool to room temp and add lime juice, orange juice, cumin, oregano. Trim fat from meat and marinate overnight.
Grill the meat for about 30 to 40 minutes.
Grill veggies over direct heat till crisp tender about 10 to 12 minutes
Grill tortillas wrapped in foil for about 10 minutes until heated thru
Combine meat, veggies, toppings, tortillas and eat
NOTE- this recipe came with an orange avocado salsa, but it isnt very good. I like it with a mango or peach salsa from the store
