1 cup blueberries or huckleberries (fresh or frozen)
Instructions
Mix dry ingredients then add liquid ingredients and mix. Add more milk if desired. Batter should be slightly lumpy.
Fold in berries. If using frozen, add small amounts at a time so they don't clump.
Let the batter sit for a few minutes
Pour pancakes on grill to desired size and flip when edges start to look dry. They do get bigger as they cook.
Great with butter and syrup or jam. For a real treat top with strawberries and whip cream
