Cook pasta. Meanwhile cook beef in skillet. Drain, stir in seasoning and let cool
Drain pasta and rinse under cold water. Mix with meat. Add next 5 ingredients.
Add 3/4 cup of dressing and toss to coat (add more if desired.)
Serve with chips on top, or on the side.
