blend cream cheese and cream until fluffy. Spread over baked pie shell. Pour half of the
strawberries over this.
Put two cups of strawberries through a sieve in a pan - include strawberry pulp in the pan.
Cook at boiling point for ten minutes, add sugar and flour. Pour over strawberries and chill.
