Category   Entrees - Maindishes
Sub Category   None

Ingredients
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp ground cardamom
1 1/2 lb lean boneless pork, cut into bite size strips
2 cups broccolli florets
2 thinly sliced carrots

1 cup cauliflower florets
2 tbsp white vinegar
1 tbsp curry powder
2 cups bot cooked brown rice

Instructions
In a large skillet over medium high heat, stir together oil, soy sauce, garlice powder, ginger, pepper, cardamom and chili posder.
Add half the pork; cook, stirring frequently, 3 minutes. Using slotted spoon, remove meat from skillet. Repeat with remaining pork.
Return all meat to pan. Add broccolli, carrots, cauliflower, vinegar, and curry powder. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and cover. Simmer 3-5 min, or until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally. Serve over rice.
