     Hot Cheese Bake

Ingredients
1 8 oz container sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp flour
1 clove garlic
1 1/2 cup Monterey Jack cheese
sunflower seeds
 
Instructions
Mix first 4 ingredients. Stir in cheese. Place in pie plate. Decorate with sunflower seeds. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
