     Balsamic Pepper Puree

Ingredients
2 cups drained, roasted red peppers, from jar
2 Tbl balsamic vinagar
2 Tbl olive oil
Salt and Pepper to taste
 

Instructions
In a food processor, puree peppers and vinagar. Add olive oil and mix until blended. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve at room temperature or warm slightly.
