     Spaghetti with turkey meatballs

Servings   5-6 people.
Ingredients
1 lb. ground turkey
1 pakage dry pasta
2 tbsp.parsley
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 egg
1 1/2 tsp. cayenne powder
2 tsp. ground black pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
your favorite jar of spaghetti sauce
 
Instructions
cook pasta according to the directions on the box
empty sauce to medium skillet.
add ground turkey to medium sized bowl. add all spices to the ground turkey and the egg. mix until well combined. roll into bite sized pieces and place in medium skillet over medium-high heat. cook meatballs for 5-6 minutes each side. take off heat and serve on top of pasta.
