Ingredients
6 potatoes
1 cup olive oil
1 tsp. salt
1tbsp. ground black pepper
2 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
 
Instructions
cube potatoes and place them in a baking dish. add oil, thyme, cayenne pepper, thyme, and black pepper. add the olive oil. and mix together.
place in 350 degree oven. cook for 25 minutes or until potatoes are fully cooked.
