     Turkey chili

Ingredients
2 lbs (1kg) ground turkey, chicken or beef
3 tbsp oil
1 diced onion
1 diced green pepper
1 diced red pepper
1 pkg sliced mushrooms
3 diced celery stalks
2 cloves minced garlic
3 cups (750 ml one big can) chopped tomotoes
 
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp dried thyme leaves
1 tbsp chili powder
2 tsp worcestershire sauce
3 or more drops hot sauce
2 1/4 cups (560 ml one can) red kidney beans drained
1/4 cup tomatoe paste
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
Brown the meat in oil. Drain the fat. Add the vegetables and garlic and saute until tender ; about 5 minutes. Add all remaining ingredients.
Lower the heat and simmer for as long as you like - about 2 to 3 hours.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with shredded cheddar cheese or sour cream on top.
