Microwave potatoes 9 minuted or until soft. Mbutter butter in a pan Stir in flour and milk. Boil, stiring constantly until thickened. Remove from heat; add cheese, salt, and galic. add sauce to potatoes. Place in a 1 1/2 quart baking dish, top with buttred crumb. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until mixure is bubbely and top is slightly brown.
