Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Chill for 2-3 hours before serving to allow flavors to 'bloom'. Allow dip to sit for 20-30 minutes, or until softened, at room temperature before serving.
This is traditionally used as a filling for celery during the holidays. YUM!
This is also very good in a veggie platter, I think all veggies like Ranch.
