Spray a nonstick skillet with Pam Fat Free spray.
Brown turkey in skillet, on medium high heat, stirring continuously
to a crumble.
Drain liquid fat from pan.
Add taco seasoning mix with 3/4 cup water.
Bring to a boil, add drained black beans, and reduce to a simmer
for 5 minutes.
Lightly layer salsa, lettuce and cheese down the center of wrap.
Spoon in turkey mixture.
Fold up one end of the wrap and fold over the sides.
Secure with a toothpick, and serve with sour cream if desired.
