     chicken, grilled with salsa

Ingredients
1/2 cup lemon juice
4 Tbsp. line juice
4 Tbsp. orange juice
2 Tbsp. canola oil
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. oregano and 1 tsp. salt and 1/2 tsp. pepper
SALSA-
8 plum tomatoes, chopped
 
2 cups cubed fresh pineapple
1 cup chopped sweet red pepper
2/3 cup chopped red onion
1/2 cup lime juice
6 Tbsp. fresh minced cilantro
2 jalapeno pepper, finely chopped

Instructions
In large resealable bag, combine first eight ingredients, add the chicken breasts. Seal the bag and turn to coat; refrigerate four hours.
Meanwhile, in small bowl, combine the salsa ingredients. Cover and refrigerate until serving.
Drain and discard the marinade. Grill, covered, over medium heat for 5-6 minutes on each side or juices run clear.
serve with salsa over the top.
