     Pork Chop and bean bake

Ingredients
8 boneless pork loin chops
2 Tbsp. oil
2 large apples, tart- peeled and chopped
2 small onions, chopped
2 cans (28 oz. each) baked beans
1/3 cup raisins
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon, divided
2 Tbsp. maple pancake syrup
1/2 tsp. salt
 

Instructions
In large skillet, brown the pork chops on both sides in oil. Remove and keep warm.
In the same pan, saute the apple and onion until tender. Stir in the beans, raisins, and 1/4 tsp. cinnamon.
Spoon into a greased 5 qt. baking dish, top with pork chops.
Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Brush chops with maple syrup; sprinkle with the salt and remaining cinnamon. Bake uncovered, for 5-10 minutes or until the meat juices run clear.
