     Roasted Potatoes with Rosemary

Ingredients
4 lb small small variety potatoes, whole or cut in half
1/3 cup olive oil
3-4 cloves garlic, chopped
cup chopped onion
2 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary
salt and pepper to taste
 

Instructions
Heat oven to 425F
Place potatoes, oil, garlic, onion, rosemary, salt, and pepper in a large baking pan.
Toss will to mix ingredients
Bake 40 to 45 min, stirring occasionally and gently until the potatoes are cooked and lightly browned.
