1 c. evaporated milk

2 eggs, beaten

1 envelop unflavored gelatin

1 can (16 oz) pumpkin

Instructions |

In a saucepan, combine sugar, spices, and salt. Mix well. Add evaporated milk and eggs. Sprinkle gelatin over milk mixture and let stand 1 minute.

Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until mixture thickens slightly (about 10 minutes).
|

|
|
Remove from heat; stir in pumpkin.
|
|
|
|
Pour into crust and chill 3 hours.
