     Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients
6 slices White bread
1 lb sausage
6 oz. shredded sharp cheese
6 eggs, beaten
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
butter
 

Instructions
Butter bread on both sides. Place in 13x9x2-in baking dish. Cook and drain sausage. Spread sausage over bread. Sprinkle with cheese.
Combine beaten eggs, milk and salt. Pour over the bread and sausage. Cover and chill overnight.
Remove from refrigerator 15 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
