In medium skillet cook chicken in hot oil until golden brown. Add whine and bullion cues. Cook at high heat for 2 to 3 min. or until bullion cubes dissolve and liquid is reduced. Add mushrooms, Cover and simmer 10 to 15 min or until chicken is fully cooked. While chicken is cooking prepare rice according to package directions. Serve chicken mushroom mixture with rice.
