Cook sausage and onion in skillet until brown. Drain. Add chesses and oregano. Mix, set aside
Lay out a single sheet of phyllo dough. Brush with melted butter, place another sheet of phyllo dough on top. Cut into long strips.
Scoop by teaspoons full the sausage mixture onto one end of the phyllo dough. Starting at the corner, fold into triangle and continue to roll up. Place on baking sheet, brush with remaining butter.
Cook at 375 for 15 minutes
