     Roasted Garlic

Ingredients
Garlic head
Olive Oil
Salt
 

Instructions
Peel outer dry skin off of garlic, but leave the cloves intact.
Cut off the top part of the cloves until the insides are exposed.
Drizzle with olive oil and salt.
Wrap in foil, place in muffin cup, and back at 425 for about 30 minutes until cloves are soft.
Serving Suggestions
Spread cloves onto bread
