1 pint fresh strawberries or 2 cups frozen unsweet thawed
3 T. sugar
1 T cornstarch
1/4 c. water
1 T. lemon juice
Instructions
Mash strawberries;set aside. In a sauce pan, combine the sugar, cornstarch and water until smooth. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 min. or until thickened.
Stir in strawberries; remove from the heat. Stir in lemon juice. Cover and refridgerate until chilled.
