8 slices bacon, cooked or 4 sausage patties, cooked
Instructions
Mix first four ingredients.
Pour 1/4 cup batter for each pancake onto a 300 degree griddle.
Flip when pancakes start to bubble.
Place warm cheese on meat, sandwich between pancakes.
