Beat eggs at high speed for 3-5 minutes. Gradually mix in sugar. Stir in pumpkin and lemon juice. In a seperate bowl, mix in dry ingredients.

Fold into pumpkin mixture. Spread onto a greased and floured cokie sheet. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes until done.

|
Turn out on a dish towel that is covered with powdered sugar. Roll towel and cake together and let cool.

|
FROSTING - Beat last four ingredients together. Unroll towel and spread frosting and roll again, without towel.
