     No Peek Casserole (Beef Stroganoff)

Ingredients
2-3 lbs. of Flank Steak (cut in 1-2 in. strips)
4 cans Mushroom Soup
3 pkgs. Onion Soup Mix
2 cans of Mushrooms or Fresh Mushrooms
1 8oz tub of Sour Cream
1 pkg. Egg Noodles
 
Instructions
Cut strips of Steak into 1-2 inch strips. Add in Mushroon Soup, Onion Soup and Mushrooms and put in a baking dish.
Bake for 3 hours at 325 degrees.
When done,fold in Sour Cream and serve on Egg Noodles.
