Bake sqaush halves upside down at 325 degrees for 35 Min. Remove from oven and cool.
Over Med heat, saute onion and garlic until golden brown. Stir in tomatoes, basil, bouillon and black pepper. Cook to a thick sauce about 15 min.
Remove strands of sqaush with a fork until shells are empty.
Put in baking dish in layers of sauce, squash, and mozerella cheese until full and top with parmesan cheese. Bake for 25 min. or until cheese is melted.
