Grate the bar of chocolate. I find the Baker brand in the green box near choc. chips at the grocery. Use food processor to grate.
Mix cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, oil and milk. Blend well. Fold in the grated chocolate and choc. chips. Pour into a oiled tube pan and stir well, so chips do not all sink to the bottom.
Bake at 350 for 60 min. If using Bundt pan instead, cooking time is less, maybe 50 min?
