Ingredients
1 lb. bulked sausage
1 10oz. box frozen spinach
1 25oz, jar prego spaghetti sauce
2 T. butter
1 8oz. cream cheese
1 small onion
1 12 oz. jumbo shells
1 16 oz. bag mozzarella cheese
 

Instructions
Cook sausage in frying pan, drain and set aside. Cook shells aldente.
Dice onion and saute in butter. Drain excess butter.
In mixing bowl combind add softened cream cheese, and thawed, drained spinach, salt pepper to taste.
Combind meat, onions and cheese mixture together and stuff shells. Put in greased 9x13 pan cover with spaghette sauce and cheese. Bake 350 degrees for 30 to 40 min.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with salad and garlic toast.
