1 lg. head broccoli
|

1 lg. head cauliflower
|

1/2 pk. bacon
|
|
1 cup mayo
|
|
2/3 cup sugar
|

1/2 cup vinegar
|
|
1/2 cup oil
|

Instructions |

|
Cut broccoli and cauliflower into florets. Fry bacon, drain fat, crumble,set aside.
|

In sauce pan bring oil, sugar, vinegar and mayo to a boil. Cool. Pour over broccoli/cauliflower and bacon. Mix. Refridgerate overnight
|

Suggestions |
|
I blanch broccoli for a more brighter color. Two min. in boiling water. Then put in ice bath to cool.
