Preheat oven to 325. Mix together the applesauce and sugar. Cream well. Add eggs, vanilla, milk and cocoa. Add dry ingredients and mix. Then add the zucchini. Pour into a 9x13 pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Add chocolate chips on top of mix and bake for 45-50 minutes.
