FIRST LAYER- In a large bowl, mix together the cake mix, 1 egg beaten, and 1 stick melted margerine. Press in a 9x13 sprayed pan. SECOND LAYER- Mix together 2 eggs, 1 box confectioners sugar and cream cheese. Pour over bottom layer and bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
